Raw pringles with a spicy paprika flavour

Raw pringles with a spicy paprika flavour

Today I've prepared some lovely dehydrated Pringles and they are delicious - they really melt in the mouth. A bit complex to prepare...but much healthier than crisps. I wonder if flax seeds can be replaced with a cheaper alternative?

These crisps are so good, they even end up curled like their namesake. I really thought that I had over spiced them but they turned out perfect.

Ingredients
1 cup of flax seeds, soaked overnight
3 cups of water
half an onion
6 sun dried tomatoes, soaked
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp cayenne pepper

Method
1. Blend all together in a high speed blender
2. Spoon dollops onto a wet dehydrator sheet, in rows of 4 x 4.
3. Dehydrate for 8 or so hours then peel off then place back on the tray for another 8 or so hours.
OK Franz's comments...DO remember to spread some oil on those sheets or the crisps will crash completely when you lift them. :)

Here are two photos, one from the site which provided the recipe, and one from me (the crisps inside a small bowl).

  1. Right, I must specify that the photo where you see a finger is not mine. My crisps are the ones in the top photo, with a tablecloth in the background, and they are thinner. The floor looks blue. :)

How to publish a book with Amazon Create Space

How do you self publish a book? I am asked this question quite often now, soI have decided to put my little experience in writing to help you out. Here is the link you want: https://www.createspace.com/ I worked out lots of information after signing as much of the info only comes out after having a title etc and going through the whole process. For example the speed of the proof and the price are only found out in the very end of the order... So, let's go in order. To self publish a book you need to create an account with "Create space", which is the publishing arm of Amazon. Then you choose a title, you are given a free ISBN number, and you upload your own cover and your contents in pdf file. You can do this for free or you can you their (paid) services to create a cover and proof-read the book. You can also use their free templates (useful for margins, headers and page breaks). Usually people create the book in .doc and then upload it in .pd...
