Food review: Violife vegan cheese (The best tasting vegan cheese I have ever tried!)

Good afternoon!

Today we went to Tesco and for some reason we wandered in the dairy free, or 'Free From' as they call it, department…and lo and behold…there was a new vegan cheese there.

A bit pricey but tempting…I bought all three types, block, slices and spreadable. (They are around £2.45 per pack).

We tried the sliced cheese for lunch. Mamma mia!

These are the BEST ever vegan cheese slices we've tried. Thumbs up from all the family at the first bite!

Here is their website address:

This cheese looks like real cheese, has the same texture and taste (mild and not salty) and is completely different from the other Free From cheese that Tesco stocks. I read some review in vegan websites and it has five stars - it even melts as the temperature of traditional cheese.

Here are the ingredients for all of you health conscious fellas!

VioLife Creamy (spreadable)

Water, coconut oil 24%, starch, modified starch, sea salt, stabilisers, vegan flavours, lactic acid. Preservative: sorbic acid. Colours: Titanium dioxide, beta carotene.

Please note that some people prefer not to eat Titanium dioxide (which is present in many foods, in toothpaste etc) because they don't think it's healthy.

Violife original (slices) and block

Water, coconut oil 24%, starch, modified starch, sea salt, stabilisers, vegan flavours, polyphenols.

How to publish a book with Amazon Create Space

How do you self publish a book? I am asked this question quite often now, soI have decided to put my little experience in writing to help you out. Here is the link you want: https://www.createspace.com/ I worked out lots of information after signing as much of the info only comes out after having a title etc and going through the whole process. For example the speed of the proof and the price are only found out in the very end of the order... So, let's go in order. To self publish a book you need to create an account with "Create space", which is the publishing arm of Amazon. Then you choose a title, you are given a free ISBN number, and you upload your own cover and your contents in pdf file. You can do this for free or you can you their (paid) services to create a cover and proof-read the book. You can also use their free templates (useful for margins, headers and page breaks). Usually people create the book in .doc and then upload it in .pd...
